The learned advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 to 5 submits on instructions that the proceeding before the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, bearing Misc. Application No. 19 of 2019, is posted tomorrow for arguments. These respondents would not seek any adjournment. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would also not seek any adjournment.
