The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proceedings are pending before the authority and that the petitioners are seeking direction to decide the proceedings. However, in the present proceedings, what is challenged is the order passed in review petition by the authorities in which it is intimated to the petitioner that the review petition is not maintainable under the Atiyat Inquiries Act, 1952. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners have now applied for the determination of their inheritable right and

2 wp 792.2016 the proceedings are pending before the concerned authority and he seeks direction of this court to direct the concerned authority to decide their proceedings. However, such direction, cannot be issued in the present proceedings. If the petitioner's pending proceedings are not decided they can take appropriate recourse before the appropriate court, if law permits.

I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order nor the counsel has made out any ground on which I can interfere in the order dated 24.08.2015, annexed at page no.52 of this petition.

In view of this, the present writ petition is disposed of.
