By way of this application, Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned Advocate for the applicants prays for bringing the legal representatives of applicant No. 2, late Prakash Umarsingh Rana on record. He prayed for condonation of delay of 51 days, caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of applicant No. 2 on record. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) (C) and (D).
