Heard learned counsel for the parties. On instructions from their respective clients, learned counsel reconcile to a situation, wherein instead of Town Planning Officer, Parbhani, Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Parbhani / District Inspector of Land Records, Parbhani would act as Court Commissioner. 2.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of with modification in the order dated 14-12-2015 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani on exhibit - 48 in regular civil suit no. 331 of 2012, words "The Town Planning Officer, Parbhani" stand replaced by words "Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Parbhani / District Inspector of Land Records, Parbhani." All other conditions in the

2 WP - 239-2016 said order, remain untouched.
