Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner prays for amendment in the petition and it is submitted that there are certain inadvertently errors committed in prayer clauses (B) and (D) i.e. reference is made to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur instead of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur. Prayer is allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher working in private aided school and in view of the

( 2 ) wp473.19 Government policy sought for observation applying the principle of couple convenience and the representations/applications are still pending before respondent No.2 for decision. Copy of the representations are placed on record namely 12.11.2018 and 27.11.2018.

In view of this limited prayer the petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.2 the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to decide the representations dated 12.11.2018 and 27.11.2018 as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of order of this Court, if it is not yet decided.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
