Having considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the applicant and the management, in the backdrop of the communication dated 3.9.2022, calling upon the petitioner to appear before the Secretary and produce the documents pertaining to his education, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is willing to appear before the Secretary of the Education Trust, at 3.00 p.m. on 16.01.2023.

Shri Patil, the learned advocate for respondent No.3, submits that if the petitioner agrees to work on the post of peon on compassionate basis, since the said post is now available, his case would be considered.
