The learned counsel for the applicant-original claimants submits that, the appeal preferred by the respondent-insurer came to be disposed of by this court and the applicant-original claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount along with interest accrued thereon. The learned counsel submits that, the appellant has also deposited some part of the amount. The learned counsel submits that, however, the said amount was not lying before this court and the amount was transferred to Civil Judge Junior Division, Dondaicha as directed by this Court in the order dated 21.01.2014. 2.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the said amount lying before the Civil Judge Junior Division, Dondaicha and the order passed by this court while disposing of the first appeal no. 1121 of 2011 is modified accordingly to that extent. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
