This is a motion for 'speaking to the minutes' of the judgment dated 23/02/2017.

In paragraph No.21, the words 'January 2017' should read as 18/01/2007.

It is pointed out that the date 18/07/2007 in connection with the direction to pay back wages, is missing in paragraph No.20. 4.

As such, the sentence in paragraph No. 20 beginning with the word 'consequentially' shall read as 'Consequentially, the petitioners are directed to pay the said amount of back wages for the period 19/01/2007 till 18/07/2007 and the interest @ 6% khs/MAR.2017/4276-d

would be calculated on the said amount from August 2007 till actual payment.'

This motion is allowed. Corrections be carried out and the corrected copy of the judgment be issued.
