This application is filed for condonation of delay to bring LR's of deceased respondent No.1 Dattatraya on record. Dattatraya died on 05/04/2019. A copy of death certificate supports the said contention. 2.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay caused in bringing LR's of the deceased on record is not deliberate. No prejudice is caused to the other side if the delay is condoned. Hence application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes statement about not pressing prayer clause 'C'.
