The Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. Delay of 148 days is caused in filing this application. Since the Petition was at a pre-notice stage, we are entertaining this Petition on the point of delay.

For the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed on the condition that all office objections should be removed on or before 22nd February, 2024, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the Petition would remain dismissed.

3.

After the objections are removed, this Petition shall be registered.
