This is an application for amendment. The amendment is to the effect of correcting the date in prayer clause 'C'. The date is mentioned as 19/01/2011, in stead it should be 19/03/2011 and also the application is for deleting name of the non applicant No. 2. Since the application is formal in nature, it is not opposed by the learned A.P.P. Hence, the present application is allowed. The necessary amendment in the prayer clause caused to be done by the applicant within a period of 2 weeks from today. Non applicant No. 2 be deleted at the risk of the present petitioner.

The learned counsel for the applicant made oral submission that he be permitted to join Dr. R.V.Galande, Medical Superintendent and appropriate authority as party respondent. Permission granted. On effecting the amendment to that effect, issue fresh notice to the newly added respondent Dr. R.V.Galande, Medical Superintendent and Taluka Appropriate Officer, Washi, Tq. Washi, Dist. Osmanabad, returnable within a period of 8 weeks i.e. 22/04/2015. The interim relief granted on 21/01/2015 to continue till the next date.
