Though the petitioner is claiming monetary benefits pursuant to the employment. He is already armed with the order of esteemed Single Judge dated 17.03.2022 in WP No.2949/2003. He has also preferred a contempt proceeding for failure of the respondents to act in terms of the directions in that writ petition. 2.

While the contempt petition is still pending, he has preferred the present writ petition soliciting a writ of mandamus for the relief in the form of payment of his arrears of salary/wages. No such khs/Feb.2025/1568

- 2 - writ of mandamus in another writ petition can be issued. The petitioner has his remedies in the form of the contempt proceeding, which is still pending.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
