1] Heard Mr.G.L.Kedar, learned Advocate for the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the certificate that Renapur is in rural area as such he had filled the candidature from the rural area and seeking admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. However, it transpired that the said area is located in a smaller urban area. The Officer of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya under communication dated 29.10.2021 informed the Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti to consider the candidature of the petitioner from urban area. List is also forwarded thereto.

306.22WP 2] We have heard learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 and learned AGP.

3] Considering the above, respondent nos.1 and 2 may consider the candidature of the petitioner seeking admission to the Navodaya Vidyalaya from urban area and / or under urban quota.

4] With the above observations, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
