By order dated 3rd November, 2020 passed in Civil Application No. 5444 of 2020 this court allowed the present applicants to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court by furnishing a bank guarantee.

Present application is filed for direction to the concerned Section Officer, Nazar branch to accept the bank guarantee as issued by the Indusind Bank, branch - Kranti Chowk, Aurangabad. It is submitted on behalf of applicant that the 1/2

23-CA-562-2023 concerned officer raised objection that the bank guarantee is not of nationalized bank hence, this application is filed. 3.

I have perused the order dated 3rd November, 2020. This order do not direct furnishing bank guarantee of nationalized bank. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents - original appellants has no objection for allowing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A', which reads as under : "A.

This application be allowed and the Section Officer, Nazar branch be directed to accept the bank guarantee as issued by the Indusind Bank, Branch Kranti Chowk, Aurangabad."
