The claimants have presented the instant applications making a request for transmitting the amount as is deposited by the acquiring body in this Court to the executing Court. It is informed that the execution applications are pending and, as such, if the amount is transmitted to the executing Court, it would facilitate the claimants to withdraw the amount. The request appears to be reasonable and deserves to be granted.

The applications are, therefore, allowed. The Registry is directed to transmit the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Ahmednagar, in respective Regular Darkhasts reported by the applicants.
