1) In this Civil Application, though applicant Ashabai (Respondent No.2 in the appeal) has prayed for permission to withdraw the entire amount, which is deposited under the orders of this Court in F.D.R. in the Nationalized Bank in the names of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 (Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in the appeal). I am not inclined to accept the request in absence of any convincing reason stated therefor. Civil Application stands rejected.
