Vide order dated 13th April 2015, this Court had directed the Petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/-, the Petition being a Public Interest Litigation. On 27th April 2015 time was

wp7692.10 sought for depositing the said amount. The office endorsement shows that the said amount as directed by this Court has not been deposited. None appears for the Petitioner also.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed for non compliance of the order of this Court. No costs.

In light of disposal of Writ Petition, pending Civil Applications also stands disposed of.
