This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Corporation. In view of the same, learned Advocate pointed out that earlier this Court in Civil Application No. 465 of 2020 had allowed applicant No.1 to receive cheques on behalf of respondent No. 1 to 4. Applicant Nos.5 to 7 have relinquished their rights in respect of properties. He, thus, prays for passing order in the same terms as passed on 07.02.2020 in Civil Application No. 465 of 2020. In view of the same, following order :-

ORDER

i) Office to issue cheques along with amount of accrued interest in the name of applicant Nos. 1 to 4 only. Applicant No.1 is permitted to receive cheques on behalf of applicant Nos. 1 to 4.
