Both sides present. They produced copies of orders made by this Court in matters like C.A. No.12853 of 2015 dated 9th October, 2015 and C.A. No.9713 of 2015 dated 14th August, 2015. It appears that the acquiring body was directed to deposit 50% of the compensation amount and accordingly 50% of the compensation amount is deposited. This Court has granted permission to the original claimants to withdraw that amount subject to giving of undertaking. So, the application is allowed. Amount is to
