ORDER :

After the fullfledged hearing was given to the learned Advocate for the applicant and when it was pointed out to explain that the allegations are that the electronic device of the applicant is stated to be linked with the alleged fake link, that was created for supply of liquor in pandemic, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant consistently only told that the applicant is not involved in the case and he also stated that in view of the interim order passed by this Court he had cooperated with the investigation. However, taking into consideration the fake link, which was stated to have been created and it has some connection with the electronic device of the

ABA_1_2021 applicant, when disinclination was shown by this Court to grant any relief to the applicant, the learned Advocate for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application. Under such circumstance, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that the interim protection, granted earlier, stands cancelled.
