The petitioners are Class IV employees of Aashram School. They seek ACPS benefit. The issue is no longer res integra in view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dt. 21st September, 2013 in Writ Petition No.2358 of 2013 with connected writ petitions at Principal Seat.

In view of that, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondents shall confirm the appointment of the petitioners on the factual aspects and take decision with regard to the benefit of the ACPS to the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within a period of six (6) months.

2 448.2019WP.doc (ii) It is held that the benefit under the ACPS as per the Govt. Resolution dt. 13.04.1998 and as modified from time to time would apply to the petitioners upon they satisfying their eligibility criteria.
