Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted before us that the petitioner is a student studying in 12th standard. The petitioner belongs to 'Mannervarlu' tribe community. A certificate to that effect is issued by the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate on 04.05.2017 and the claim for verification is submitted to the competent Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad through the institute, namely, Sant Tukaram National Model School, Latur on 30.07.2017 and application is also submitted by the petitioner for verification of his claim on 28.08.2017. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is his affidavit alongwith the family tree of the petitioner and filed various representations/ reminders to the Committee for early decision of the caste claim. The learned counsel further submitted that as the petitioner is desirous of seeking admission in

( 2 ) wp440.19 professional courses after completing his 12th standard examination, it would be necessary for the petitioner to have the validity certificate, as early as possible. 3.

This being the limited grievance raised in the petition and the facts are not disputed, in view of the documents placed on record, in our opinion, the petition can safely be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 Committee, Aurangabad to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and not later than 8 weeks from the date of order of this Court. The learned AGP to communicate the order of this Court.

With these observations the petition is disposed of.
