Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is before this Court against the order of the Honourable Minister, Rural Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, passed in case No. VPM-2023 / Pra.Kra.94 / Para-6, dated 05.12.2023, whereby the order of Additional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, dated 23.05.2023, has been stayed. The applicant had an opportunity to appear before the Hon'ble Minister to oppose stay application. No substantial loss is caused to the petitioner by the impugned order. It is an interim order, that may be agitated before the same authority.

For the above reasons, the writ petition stands dismissed at the admission stage.
