Learned counsel Mr. Jadhav holding for Mr. Hon, senior Advocate appearing for respondent no.5 submits that the purpose of petitioner in filing Writ Petition to the extent of admission to postal D.Ed.course stands served and worked out, since this Court, by an interim order had directed respondents to admit petitioner to the Postal D.Ed. Course. 3.

In view of aforesaid position, we do not see any

225 WP 45-09 purpose in keeping the Petition pending, as purpose under same appears to have been served by interim order and gets worked out.
