We have perused the impugned communication dated 6.12.2014 which is in the nature of decision rendered in a Revision Petition bearing No.428/2013. It is informed that the decision rendered by the Honourable Minister adverse to the interest of the petitioner has been challenged in the Writ Petition No.3534/2016 presented to the High Court. The writ petition has also been rejected by the order dated 28.4.2016.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. The writ petition is devoid of substance and stands rejected.
