The appellants are also present before the court and they have verified the consent and signatures on the pursis. In view of the pursis so filed the appeal stand dismissed against respondent nos. 3 to 9.

The learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents have jointly placed on record the terms of compromise arrived at between the appellants and respondent nos.1 (legal heirs 1A and 1B) and respondent no. 2 and have prayed for disposing of

Moreover, the compromise terms are also signed by the respective counsel. The parties to the compromise are present before the court. All of them have verified the terms of compromise and their signatures on the terms of compromise. The terms of compromise are taken on record and marked as exhibit 'Y' for identification.

The learned counsel for the parties have also appended along with the terms of compromise the copies of the Aadhar card of each of the appellant and the respondents who are party to the present consent terms.
