Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Chief Executive Officer of respondent No. 3/Zilla Parishad, Beed, has issued a letter dated 19/01/2018, to the petitioner indicating that after he withdraws this Writ Petition, he would be considered for promotion on the available post. Learned counsel, therefore, submits that the petitioner instructs him to withdraw this petition. 2.
