1] The present civil application is filed to permit the applicants to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant no.4, namely, Sonba Dhondiba Dasre, by condoning the delay of 583 days in filing the present civil application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the legal heirs mentioned in the present civil application are the only legal heirs of the deceased appellant no.4.

3] For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil Application is

1157.24CA disposed of accordingly. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks.
