116.19cp (2) Bharat Raut, Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune along with the copy of decision dated 30th August, 2019, whereby the proposal for grant of approval to the post of Peon is turned down by assigning reasons.

As the order of this Court dated 21st August, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 9633 of 2018 is duly complied with, the contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly.
