DATED : 21st FEBRUARY, 2020 PER COURT:- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite the sincere efforts, the applicant could not get the death certificate of respondent No.14. The affidavit to that effect is now filed. The proposed legal representatives of both the respondents are served through court notice. There is delay in filing application in bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.14. Despite the service the legal representatives of respondent No.14 have not appeared. Even the applicant could not get the death certificate and thus the applicant has filed affidavit to that effect. Thus, considering entire aspects of the case and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D". Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
