DATED : August 19, 2024 ORDER:- 1.

During the pendency of the appeal, the parties have arrived at settlement and accordingly two compromise terms in this appeal were entered into. Those compromise terms vide order dated 31.07.2024 were referred to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the contents. Accordingly, two separate reports both dated 08.08.2024 of Registrar (Judicial) along with those compromise terms are received. As per those reports, the two compromise terms appear to be voluntarily made.

Therefore, those compromise terms are accepted and marked as "X" and "X-1" and the appeal is disposed of in terms

(2) 25-SA-250-2017.odt of those compromise terms. Decree be drawn in terms of those compromise terms. Court fees be refunded to the appellant according to rule.

Pending Civil Application if any are also disposed of. 4.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
