There is inordinate delay in filing the application. The applicant could not get requisite information and death certificate. The applicant has received death certificate recently and produced the same before the court today. Thus, considering entire aspects of the case and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D".
