The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate of Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe but the spelling of the tribe is incorrectly mentioned.

The Petitioner shall file online application with the concerned Sub-Divsional Officer for issuance of the corrected tribe certificate. The Petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling of the tribe with the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer.

The concerned Authority shall after being convinced that the tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling was issued by his office or any other Competent Authority then, shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the Petitioner preferably, within eight (08) weeks.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
