Learned counsel for Scrutiny Committee states on instructions that the proposal in respect of validation of the caste certificate issued in favour of petitioner is referred for Vigilance Cell enquiry and, after receipt of the report of Vigilance Cell, appropriate steps would be taken and the claim would be determined. It is further stated that further period of four months would be required for deciding the proceeding. Learned counsel for Scrutiny Committee asks for extension of time, granted by this Court in view of order dated 02.07.2015, for disposal of the proceeding. 2.

Considering the request made by respondent no. 1 - Scrutiny Committee, time is extended till 15th May, 2016, for disposal of validation claim of petitioner. In the meanwhile, respondent no. 3 College shall not take any adverse action against petitioner on account of his failure to
