The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "B" as under:- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or order or directions directing the respondent No.2 to decide the pension proposal dated 08.08.2022 i.e. Exhibit (E) and grant the pension and pensionary benefits with interest on delayed payment may kindly be granted within a stipulated time."

The learned A.G.P. submits, on instructions, that the pension proposal of the petitioner has already been forwarded. 3.

In view of the above, this petition has been worked and is disposed off. We, however, express that the authorities, dealing with the pension proposal of the petitioner, may clear the said proposal, in absence of any legal impediments, without causing any delay. (SANJAY A.
