Limited grievance is made by the petitioner i.e. to decide the representation made by the petitioners seeking transfer on the ground that he belongs to handicap category.

As limited relief is claimed, we are not going into the merits of the matter. The Respondent shall decide the representation given by the petitioner (Exh.E-page 23) on its own merits as per its policy and preferably by the end of April 2015.
