The petitioner prays that his pending claim for validation of his Thakur Scheduled Tribe category, since 11.2.2022, may be decided within a particular time frame, since the petitioner would now be aspiring for admission to professional courses from the S.T. category, in June, 2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

We direct respondent No.2 Committee to ensure that the Vigilance Cell enquiry is completed on or before 28.2.2023. The petitioner shall wholeheartedly cooperate in the proceeding. The committee would deliver it's final order on the claim of the petitioner, on or before 25.04.2023.
