By this application, applicant seeks to set aside order of learned Registrar dated 23.10.2024, by which registration of Civil Application (Stamp) No.18504/2024 has been refused. 2.

Mrs. Kulkarni, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking and reasons as stated in the application, civil application is allowed. Delay of 36 days caused in filing application is hereby condoned. 4.
