During speaking to minutes, learned counsel for the Appellant submitted that there is mistake committed in the order dated 23rd October, 2015 by which the proceeding is shown to be disposed of. He submitted that the order ought to have been for disposal of the second appeal itself and the order ought to have been for disposal of the civil application filed for bringing legal representatives on record but the order is made to the effect that the civil application is disposed of. Correction
