The parties have arrived at settlement and accordingly compromise terms in this appeal were entered into and the same were marked as "X". Those compromise terms vide order dated 06.09.2024 were referred to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the contents. Accordingly, the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court submitted his report dated 09.09.2024 by mentioning that the parties have voluntarily entered into compromise terms (X). Therefore, the compromise terms are accepted and the appeal is disposed of in terms of those compromise terms. Decree be drawn in terms of those compromise terms.
