Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that respondent no.2 has sold the land to the appellant herein. The same was objected by respondent no.1 by filing civil suit, from which the present appeal has arisen. In the instant case, respondent no.1 - original plaintiff has settled the issue with the purchaser. Parties submit that the present second appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise.
