The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 be directed to re-measure the plot C.T.S. No. 17350 situated at Kesharsinghpura i.e. Osmanpura, Station Road, Aurangabad. It is submitted that pursuant to the application made by the petitioner and the amount deposited, even a letter was issued by the C.T. Survey Officer on 15.06.2015 (page 28) giving the date for survey, however, no further steps are taken.

The respondent no.2 shall take further steps to complete the process as per letter dated 15.06.2015 (exhibit-I, page 28) after following due procedure of law, expeditiously and preferably within six months.
