ORDER :

In pursuance to the order dated 27.07.2021, an amount of Rupees One Crore, has been deposited by the applicant with the Registry of this Court, by Cheque No. 996478, dated 02.08.2021 drawn on the State Bank of India. The Registry is directed to present the same for encashment. The balance amount due and payable is stated to be Rs. 1,96,00,000/-, which the applicant agrees to deposit in two bi-monthly installments, the first installment to be deposited by 2nd October 2021 and the second installment by 2nd December 2021.

The statement is accepted.

The balance amount be deposited as per the above two installments. It is made clear, that default in respect of single installment, would be considered seriously by this Court as the amount pertains to the dearness allowance to be paid to the employees.

Civil Application Nos. 1211 of 2020, 1212 of 2020 and 1214 of 2020 are accordingly disposed of in the above terms. 5.
