Perused the record. It appears that the original appellants have expired. Therefore, the learned advocate for the appellant has moved an application to bring the legal heirs of the appellant on record. However, notice was returned unserved on respondent R/1/A, as the said person is not residing at the given address. Therefore, from time to time, the matter was adjourned to take the steps to serve the respondent.

By order dated 04-11-2025, the learned advocate for the appellants submitted that he will furnish the address to the office of this court by 7-11-2025. But, it does not appear from the record that he has submitted the address of the LRs of the respondent to the office.

In view of the same, by way of last chance, time is granted for furnishing the address of LRs of the respondent till 08-122025, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
