There is delay of 366 days in filing the appeal. The applicants/original claimants have preferred the appeal for enhancement of the compensation. It further appears that due to financial problems, the applicants/original claimants could not file the appeal within the period of limitation. The respondents, though duly served, none appears for them. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed off accordingly. ( V. K. JADHAV, J. ) vre/-
