The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has gone through the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by prosecutrix, who was aged 20 years at the relevant time. It is her case that on 13th July, 2014 in the evening when she went to the house of Latabai, it was informed to her that present applicant Prashant was liking her. It is her case that Prashant and aforesaid Latabai compelled her to go with present Applicant. It is her case that on 14th July, 2014 they went to Pune and there
-:(2):- one Advocate asked her to sign some papers and some record of marriage was prepared. It is her case that at no time such marriage was solemnised. It is her case that by using such record present applicant had sex with her. It is her case that on many occasions till 23rd August, 2014 applicant had sex with her. It is her case that she some how escaped and then the report was given. It is her case that she is deceived by creating false record of marriage.

In view of the nature of allegations and material collected, it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind bar till disposal of the case.

In the result, Criminal Application is allowed. Applicant Prashant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. He is not to tamper prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. He is not to enter village of the complainant, till the disposal of the case which may be filed against the applicant.
