The grievance of the petitioner is that, the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer rejecting the application for grant of caste certificate is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since July 2016 and the same is not yet decided.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2/Committee, the respondent No. 2 shall
