The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that, the dispute has been settled amicably. Mr. Shete, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 6. Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 7. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- deposited in this Court be refunded to the petitioner. Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 7 submits that, same be given to the respondent

2 wp 293.18 No. 7 and it can be adjusted in the amount settled between the parties. If the petitioner does not pay the amount as per the settlement, consequences would follow.
