Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P for respondent State.

A dead body was found in a river in decomposed condition. The applicant has been arraigned as an accused on the statement of the wife of the deceased. The applicant was knowing her since prior to her marriage. However, it has been contended that only on the suspicious, he has been arraigned as an accused. Except the statement of the wife of the deceased, there are no incriminating circumstances against the applicant. The investigation has been completed. For want of reasonable circumstantial evidence against the applicant he deserves bail.

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Balasaheb Janardhan Ghongane, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 108/2022, registered with Majalgaon (Rural) Police Station, District Beed for the ofences punishable under Sections 302, 201,120-B of the Indian Penal Code on the conditions that :- (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall not threat the wife of the deceased till the conclusion of the trial.
