By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 198 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application. 3.

Notice of this application is served upon respondent, however, no appearance is caused.

The applicant states that initially she had filed Regular Civil Appeal before the District Judge at Latur on 13.06.2024. However, same has been withdrawn as not maintainable. Thereafter, present Civil Revision Application has been filed. 5.

Considering reasons as stated in application, following order is passed:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 198 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application is hereby condoned.

Civil Revision Application be registered.

d.

On registration of Civil Revision Application, stand over to 12.03.2025.
